About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support VH-3D, VH-60N, and VH-92A aircraft at MCAF Quantico, VA. This role involves providing on-the-job training in aircraft maintenance and operation techniques, including troubleshooting, inspection, and repair. The FSR will also offer guidance on using specialized tools and test equipment, identify training needs, emphasize safety, demonstrate best practices for modifications, resolve complex maintenance issues, and act as a liaison with Sikorsky Aircraft for information exchange and urgent material requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 7-10 years Organizational level experience on Sikorsky aircraft systems.
Self-starter and customer oriented.
Willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
Able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance and a Yankee White access with SCI access.
Willing to travel frequently with the customer.
Must be a US Citizen for security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Intermediate and Depot level experience is a plus.
S-92 Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job training in aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, Avionics, and/or electrical systems maintenance and operation techniques.
Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment.
Assist in identifying areas where additional training may be required.
Emphasize safety precautions.
Demonstrate 'best method' for the installation of modifications and retrofit kits.
Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
Provide an analysis of the maintenance program and recommendations.
Serve as a liaison to Sikorsky Aircraft for the exchange of information relative to the aircraft, including notification of urgent maintenance difficulties and/or material requirements.
