About The Position
The client is seeking a Field Service Technician for a PERM/DIRECT HIRE role. This position involves working with induction heating and melting machinery for various industries. The role requires significant travel to customer sites to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on machinery. Candidates can be located anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zones and can work from a home office, with up to 80% travel expected.
Requirements
- Technical schooling or Military experience in Electronics
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electronics training or field experience
- Experience with bench repair
- Experience with test equipment
- Experience with oscilloscopes
- Experience with maintenance on large industrial machinery
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot machinery

- Provide scheduled maintenance on machinery
