Field Service Technician – Electro-mechanical Systems Hunt Valve – A Fairbanks Morse Defense Company | Newport News Shipyard We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting Field Service Technician to support Hunt Valve Company, a Fairbanks Morse Defense company, supporting critical U.S. Navy operations at the Newport News Shipyard. About the Role You will maintain electro-mechanical actuator systems aboard U.S. Navy vessels, including Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carrier programs. These Hunt Valve actuators are critical shipboard systems used in the operation of: Cargo elevators Shipboard mechanical and control systems Other mission-critical electro-mechanical applications aboard naval vessels This is hands-on, precision technical work in a highly regulated, mission-critical naval environment.
