Field Service Tech I - Central & Western Maine
About The Position
Scientific Games is seeking Field Service Professionals to service Lottery machines, performing break-fix, installation, and preventative maintenance. No prior lottery industry experience is required. The company prioritizes providing staff with the necessary tools and training for first-time job completion. This role involves local travel to multiple sites daily, interacting with customers to address their needs and concerns regarding lottery equipment and communication. You will identify customer needs, make service recommendations, and contribute to revenue generation by ensuring customers can continue selling lottery tickets. The position offers independence with team support and opportunities to learn about lottery/gaming terminals, IT communications, and software.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Must live in the state of Maine.
- Must be able to travel locally to multiple sites to complete jobs every day.
- Must be able to use approved Personal Protective Equipment when required.
- Must consent to a due diligence/background investigation.

- Lottery industry experience is not required.
