About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a stable overnight field service role operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. This is hands-on, physical work that is essential and recession-resistant, offering reliable, year-round employment with competitive pay and overtime. Drivers will operate trucks safely, perform overnight service work, use industrial equipment, complete documentation, and represent LES professionally. The role involves local routes with no long-haul or hotel stays, and overtime, weekends, and longer shifts are available. LES emphasizes job security, consistency, and respect for its drivers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license (Tanker endorsement required)
• Minimum 1 full year of verifiable CDL driving experience
• Unrestricted License required
• Some regional overnight travel required (approx 15%)
• Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
• Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
• Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, self-directed, and accountable

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
• Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
• Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
• Work outdoors or industrial environments
• Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates
