This position will play a key role in coordinating service activities, assisting field technicians, and providing excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience in office administration and supporting daily business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily service operations and supporting field technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery.
Reporting to the General Manager and overseeing administrative processes related to service scheduling, dispatch, work order management, and customer communication.
Collaborating with service technicians, customers, and management to coordinate appointments, prioritize service requests, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintaining accurate service records, processing documentation, and supporting office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implementing and following administrative processes that improve workflow efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of the service department while delivering exceptional customer service.
