About The Position

This role requires a technician with a strong background in low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer proficiency. Experience with safes or ATMs is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent electro-mechanical skills, be comfortable using basic hand tools like multi-meters and voltmeters, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with mapping and routing applications is also beneficial. The position involves learning through telephone training, requires strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to follow written instructions. A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable, insured vehicle are mandatory. The role also involves physical demands such as lifting over 50 pounds, standing, climbing, bending, stooping, and reaching, as well as working outdoors in various weather conditions and extensive daily travel. Good hand-eye coordination and sharp eyesight are necessary.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience.
• Electro-mechanical skills are a must.
• Ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to learn through telephone training.
• Great communication/customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret/execute written instructions.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing.
• Reliable/insured vehicle.
• Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
• Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather and sit/drive for extensive daily travel.
• Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight.

Nice To Haves

• Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus.
• Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps.
