About The Position

JOB DUTIES Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth. Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements. Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job. Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties. Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely. Ensures the service team adheres to all new SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs. Assists Manager and/or Account Specialist in customer surveys and is able to review jobs for quotes. Participates with Manager in hiring new Field Service Technicians. Tracks all training for each technician. Performs other duties as assigned.
