About The Position

This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced operations specialist to leverage the MCIM platform software to provide critical operations consulting services to existing & new MCIM customers. Critical operations consulting services include critical asset audits (field/data), critical operating script development/review, application of industry best practices, subject matter expert in equipment operating practices, and contributing to product/strategy development with field-level execution perspective.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, military training, trade school certification, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical, mechanical, facilities, construction, industrial, military, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical, or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect, document, and manage data.
• Comfortable learning new software platforms and mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and field teams.
• Ability to work independently in the field while following established processes and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (approximately 50-75%).
• Ability to obtain a passport and travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Become a fluent user of the MCIM mobile platform, including Field Services app, and leverage it to provide critical operations consulting services to customers.
• Conduct field-level asset collections of operating equipment within customer facilities (data centers, telecommunications centers, corporate & retail real estate), ensuring clean data capture and enforcement within the MCIM platform.
• Develop, review, and coordinate critical environment operating procedures and scripts, including emergency and maintenance operating procedures.
• Review and provide oversight in the establishment of critical infrastructure maintenance schedules, critical work control coordination, alignment of failure modes/coding, and grouping of assets for maintenance execution.
• Train field technicians and customer teams on MCIM platform software and capabilities.
• Provide support to existing Operations Analysts where necessary in support of current client portfolios.
