About The Position

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in hospitals throughout the United States, with the support of an on-site team. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical and leadership skills! Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year related technical experience required
  • Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required
  • Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required
  • An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this position
  • Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to use it for job related assignments up to 3 hours from home
  • Must be located within 1 hour of a major airport
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred
  • Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred for this position
  • Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!
  • Biomedical Technician experience is a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
  • Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
  • Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
  • Manage project timelines and customer needs.
