About The Position
The Field Service Representative (FSR) — 2nd Shift role at Kreg Therapeutics involves supporting hospital partners by delivering, setting up, servicing, and picking up specialty rental medical equipment. This hands-on position requires driving, customer service, equipment cleaning and disinfecting, and basic troubleshooting. Training is provided for this role, which reports to the Ops Manager & Local Supervisors within Hospital-Based Operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check & drug screening
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Customer/service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a 28-foot box truck (about 10–250 miles/day)
- Deliver/service/pick up equipment and coordinate routes with Central Dispatch
- Provide professional on-site support and basic equipment guidance to hospital staff
- Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prep equipment for patient use
- Move and maneuver equipment/beds up to 1,000 lbs using provided tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing/walking/bending throughout shift
- Complete daily reporting using mobile/email/company software
