About The Position

McKesson is seeking a Field Service Representative to support a large healthcare customer across multiple locations within the St. Louis market. This field-based role serves as an extension of both the customer and the McKesson team, providing inventory management, operational support, customer service, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys solving problems, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring customers have the right products available when they need them. The FSR role includes significant onsite customer support and local travel throughout the St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Operations: Serve as a trusted onsite resource for customer stakeholders and support daily operational needs. Build strong customer relationships and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, organize products, and help ensure the right products are available when needed. Assist with inventory reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product availability.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Help resolve order discrepancies, backorders, damaged shipments, and other service-related concerns. Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
  • Support Projects & Reporting: Assist with customer projects, product conversions, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. Coordinate activities with McKesson team members, vendors, and customer contacts as needed.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
  • 5% Annual Incentive
  • Auto Program: Company vehicle and fuel card, or auto allowance of $668 monthly
