Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
  • One (1) year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Must provide education and work history, either by uploading a resume or entering the information into the application fields directly.

  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participation in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting patients, hospital staff, and healthcare customers by providing superior customer service and customer-centric solutions.
  • Preparing medical device equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, and processing associated documentation and disposables for delivery.
  • Managing inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, including locating missing or misplaced equipment as needed.
  • Loading and unloading medical equipment and supplies from company vehicles and assisting with general facility housekeeping activities.
  • Participating in training and scheduled business activities, including occasional commercial air travel.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
