About The Position

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a long legacy, is seeking a Field Service Representative I in Manchester, NH. This role is responsible for serving healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining medical device equipment. The representative will build and maintain customer relationships, manage inventory of products and supplies, and ensure the cleaning, processing, and quality control of medical equipment. The position involves loading/unloading equipment, general housekeeping, and potentially commercial air travel for training. A company vehicle is provided, requiring a review of motor vehicle history. The role emphasizes enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives through innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Responsibilities

  • Serving the needs of healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.
  • Building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.
  • Performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Cleaning, processing and quality control of medical device equipment.
  • General housekeeping of facility.
  • Loading and unloading of equipment in company vehicles.
  • Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
  • Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
  • Tracking inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Locating missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
  • Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel.
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
