This high-impact role is responsible for delivering industry-leading service, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, supporting Authorized Service Centers, and cultivating strong customer relationships. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems—including advanced generator and Tier 4 engine technology. You’ll also support training, warranty inspections, parts sales initiatives, and service revenue growth.
