About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Services Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage personnel, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all assigned sites. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading teams to meet company standards and goals.

Requirements

• Must have valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field operations, security, or service management
• Valid driver’s license as this is a mobile position
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing and making necessary round
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone
• Must be able to obtain all company and client training requirements (provided by the company)
• Proven leadership and team management skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, and workforce management systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field staff across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits, audits, and performance evaluations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and coverage needs
• Train, coach, and develop team members for growth and success
• Prepare reports on operations, staffing, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and quality service
