About The Position

The Field Service Manager will be responsible for driving safety, setting performance goals, organizing workflow, monitoring employee productivity, maintaining records, assisting with hiring and training, overseeing test reports, scheduling, coordinating with Job Operations, and assigning/tracking vehicles for field service jobs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • Book hotels and per diem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask under significant pressure
  • Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Drive safety in all aspects of work
  • Set goals for performance and deadlines that comply with company’s plans and vision
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Maintain time keeping and personnel records
  • Assist in hiring and training new employees
  • Assist and coordinate employee site specific training
  • Oversee and ensure that all test reports are accurate and submitted promptly
  • Assist and create/maintain manpower and work scope scheduling
  • Work closely with Job Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assign and track vehicles for field service jobs
