About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to join D2B Groups. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead and coordinate a team of service professionals, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in service management or related roles
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process optimization and performance management
  • Ability to handle customer relations and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency with service management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
