About The Position

Company Wrench is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and career-minded individual to join their experienced team as a Field Lube Service Technician. The Field Lube Service Technician is responsible for the effective repair and service of equipment and attachments at high levels of quality. This individual must be able to work independently of direct supervision in the field environment, providing "Cutting Edge of Customer Service" to valued customers.

Requirements

Two years of industry experience
Class A or B CDL
Strong Mechanical skills and aptitude
Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset
Good communication skills
Safe work habits
Ability and experience to perform repairs for all major equipment systems
Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
Be able to provide all of your tooling smaller than one-inch drive
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficient understanding of hydraulic pressure and flow
Proficient in ohms law
Proficient in the use of a digital multimeter

Responsibilities

Be a champion of safety
Ensure all work is completed safely
Perform routine maintenance
Perform safety inspections
Create deficiency repair list
Think ahead and plan methods and sequence of performing assigned maintenance
Research and order all parts and materials required to perform assigned maintenance
Perform the repairs efficiently and effectively
Confirm that all repairs are completed as assigned
Ensure all unused parts and materials are returned per established methods
Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck
Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed
Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases as needed
Follow all record-keeping methods per established methods
Document all repairs using the 3 C's (complaint, cause, and correction)
Comply with all policies, procedures, and methods established by the company
Maintain and care for all shop and truck tools, equipment, and vehicles in your possession
Provide the "Cutting Edge of Customer Service" to all
Conduct all communication with co-workers and customers in a professional and honest manner
Consistently advocate for Company Wrench and our equipment brand at all times
Complete training as assigned (virtually and in-person)
