About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Field Service HVAC Technician with strong expertise in ductless split systems (including inverter compressors and AC/DC controls) and hydronic heating systems. This role includes installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of ductless split unit operation and diagnostics
Strong understanding of hydronic system operation and troubleshooting
Excellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing devices
Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical guides
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Experience using digital dispatch or field service platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical school training or HVAC apprenticeship required
5–8 years of field HVAC experience required

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
Diagnose and repair ductless split units, including inverter-driven compressors and electrical controls
Service and troubleshoot hydronic systems (wet coils, baseboard, radiant)
Install ductwork, thermostats, and controls
Perform routine system maintenance
Inspect and diagnose issues on existing systems
Replace parts and components as needed
Maintain inventory of parts and materials
Use digital dispatch software for scheduling and work orders
Follow company and industry safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
