This is a fully remote position for a Field Service Engineer in the state of California, specializing in nationwide maintenance of critical power systems including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plants (Rectifiers), and Power-Distribution Units (PDU). With 40 years of proven leadership in critical power maintenance, we have the infrastructure and expertise to keep clients' power uninterrupted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
Experience in reputed UPS manufacturers like Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyze, test and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS).
Install, update, manage and maintain software on UPS systems.
Diagnose and effect repairs to the UPS systems.
Provide technical support, problem diagnosis and resolution.
Communicate effectively and be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.
