About The Position
As a Field Service Representative and key member of the Central Region service team, you provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in the Central states with a focus on Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota. You will report to the Central Region Field Service Manager in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Candidates should be located in or near Des Moines, Iowa.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
- Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools
- Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport.

Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
