Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
3 years of experience in field service engineering or rail systems maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and strong technical documentation skills.
Understanding of rail industry standards, safety protocols, and asset management principles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with a focus on ownership and accountability.
