Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related Engineering field.
3-5 years of experience in field service or rail systems maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and familiarity with rail industry standards.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, asset management, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills suited for professional and team management roles.

Responsibilities

Drive scalable maintenance strategies to optimize fleet performance and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service integration and customer satisfaction.
Ensure reliability through rigorous diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to technical issues.
Champion innovation by adopting new technologies and improving service methodologies.
Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
