About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our growing US team. Based on the East Coast, this will be the first US-based FSE, a unique opportunity to help establish and scale Lightcast’s customer support presence in North America. In this key role, you will: Work directly with early-access and commercial customers, ensuring smooth installations, maintenance, and system uptime. Serve as a critical link between customers, engineering, and applications teams in both the US and UK. Build trusted relationships with customers who are using Lightcast’s technology to advance science and medicine.
