This position reports to the Chesapeake Manager and is part of the Chesapeake Field Service Team.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science or equivalent military experience.
  • 0-1 year experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods.
  • Ability to travel – Up to 70% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Servicing Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
  • Cultivating customer relationships and supporting commercial initiatives.
  • Driving a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a “first time fix” through the problem-solving process.
