About The Position

The Field Service Engineer (FSR) shall provide support to test events, engineering efforts, and system fielding and operations throughout the contract. This will entail performing deployment, march order, operations, and troubleshooting as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in radar system operations, fielding, and supportability.
• Knowledge and understanding of radar theory, radar design, field testing, and electro-mechanical maintenance analysis, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair/replace techniques, and documentation.
• Ability to assist and provide input for development and publication of training, maintenance, and logistics publications.
• US Citizenship
• Current passport
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• IA certification to at least Level 1 is required within 180 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Military Occupational Skills that fall within any ADA career Field is a plus.
• 14 series, 140/141 and 94 series are all highly desirable.
• Previous field engineering and equipment fielding experience in support of a defense program.
• A two- or four-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Graduation of certification from a DOD recognized electronics technical school or course of study.
• Experience with the US Army Test & Evaluation community.
• DOD instructor certification is highly desired.
