The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sr. Field Service Manager of the Northwest field service team and will be a fully remote in the San Jose, CA role, supporting our customers in the greater Northwest US states. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers Propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes Manage a diverse technical product portfolio.
