Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of mechanical knowledge
- Ability to travel 90% of the time
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the East
- Provide onsite training, troubleshooting, and testing for plastic, steel, and aluminum closures
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage your own schedule and workload effectively
