Requirements

Must know Decon/Deinstall on AMAT EPI OEM equipment
Must be comfortable with BAPA or SCBA (Respirator)
1+ years of experience with vacuum tool PM's/sustaining, dry etch preferred
Electrical Basics and Hand Tools

Responsibilities

Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
Pump purging gas lines.
Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
Power off all the system and related subcomponents
Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.
Daily pre-task planning with the customer
Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
Reporting the status of the Decon project.
Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE
