About The Position
MSR-FSR is a global partner to the high-tech industry seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer III, you play a crucial role in supporting our clients and the ongoing functions of tools and equipment found in the semiconductor industry. This position requires frequent company-paid travel.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
- 3-5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Ebarra CMP, AMAT CMP, SpeedFam CMP, IPEC, CMP, Semitool CMP, FSI CMP, Verteq, TEL Litho, LAM Etch etc highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
- Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
- Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
- Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
- Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
- Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
