This role is responsible for providing Field Service Support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at customer locations. The engineer will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). This position serves as the primary face of Honeywell for the customer, responsible for the daily implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of Honeywell HPS products. The role requires developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives and providing first response technical support. Additionally, the engineer will deliver technical presentations to customers and industry peers, and collaborate with the Field Services Manager and LSS business functions to grow the business by identifying customer needs and providing solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services. This role is based in Houston, TX, with a readiness to relocate to South Texas if required. Requirements

  • Experience with Honeywell HPS applications and products.
  • Experience with complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300).
  • Ability to perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with customer representatives.
  • Ability to provide first response technical support.
  • Ability to provide technical presentations.
  • Readiness to relocate to South Texas if required.
