Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive customer environments.
  • Frequent and regular travel to service customer technical needs.
  • Willingness to travel and drive to a variety of sites within a 4-hour radius.
  • Willingness to travel by air and undertake overnight stays for some assignments.

Nice To Haves

  • New graduates with a Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree are encouraged to apply.
  • A biomedical engineering degree or related engineering background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the repair of injectors and other diagnostic imaging equipment, such as X-ray systems and other high-level electromechanical equipment.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive customer environments.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
  • Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Accurately document all service activities in accordance with Company Quality Standards.
  • Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
  • Submit field service reports in a timely manner and according to functional standards.
  • Communicate with the account manager regarding services being provided.
  • Manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
