Operating in a high-impact, field-based capacity, this position combines advanced electromechanical troubleshooting across complex laser, controls, welding, and automation subsystems with proactive remote and on-site support. By delivering right-first-time outcomes, validating system performance, and developing standardized integration protocols, you will directly safeguard operational continuity while building lasting trust as the primary technical partner for our customers. Beyond hands-on technical execution, success in this role hinges on clear customer communication, continuous knowledge transfer, and operational efficiency.   • Advanced Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in CNC and manufacturing equipment.
  • CNC Controls & Automation Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Haas CNC controls, tooling, probing, automation, and peripheral equipment (robots, bar feeders, pallets).
  • Customer-Facing Communication Skills: Proven ability to explain technical issues clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with customers under high-pressure situations.
