About The Position

Herzig Engineering is seeking experienced electricians with industrial and commercial facilities experience in the Indianapolis area. A Master’s Electrician license is not required but is regarded highly. Pay is commensurate with experience. Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel 100%.
• At least 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfort accessing energized electrical equipment, including switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, motor control centers, and busduct.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to change.
• Safety-minded.
• Willingness to speak in front of large crowds.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line drawings.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman or Master Electrician qualification preferred.
• Master’s Electrician license is not required but will be regarded highly.

Responsibilities
