Field Service Electrician (Residential & Light Commercial) Sarasota Electrical — Sarasota, FL Are you tired of being stuck on the same massive, dusty job site for six months at a time? We are looking for sharp, highly autonomous Field Service Electricians to handle residential and light commercial service calls. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential/Light Commercial Service Electrician.
- Thoroughly educated in electrical codes and advanced troubleshooting.
- Highly autonomous. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do the job right the first time.
- Excellent communication skills, a neat professional appearance, and a courteous, customer-first personality.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (required to drive company vehicle).
- Ability to navigate attics, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities
- Independently investigate, identify, and resolve complex electrical failures, shorts, and performance issues.
- Efficiently execute smaller installations and upgrades, including panel changeouts, EV chargers, lighting retrofits, and circuit additions.
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners and business managers (on their level) providing options with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Keep your company service van clean, organized, and properly stocked with inventory.
- Use our easy-to-use dispatch/service software to accurately document job details, photos, and process customer payments on-site.
