Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of dispatching experience in a service-related industry
Excellent customer service skills
Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone, email)
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of construction equipment
Forklift experience
Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

Coordinate repairs in the field by scheduling technicians and ensuring timely response
Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding repair status
Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
Coordinate parts orders and component repairs to support field service jobs
Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress
Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates
