About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • High school diploma required

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability
  • Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups
