About The Position

The Field Service Administrator is responsible for executing the administrative and operational processes that support Integra Mission Critical’s Field Service operations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across scheduling, documentation, timesheets, training, and reporting activities. Serving as a key operational partner to Service leadership, this position provides structure, process consistency, and system governance to ensure service activities are executed effectively. The Field Service Administrator operates as the central point of coordination for administrative workflows, enabling the service team to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in service administration, operations support, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and administrative processes
  • Experience with timesheet validation, expense tracking, and compliance processes
  • Knowledge of document control and record management practices
  • Ability to develop and improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting field service, construction, or technical operations preferred
  • Previous experience in data center operations, maintenance, or field service environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain service schedules, resource allocation, and project timelines to support efficient field service execution.
  • Oversee document control for service operations, including work orders, service reports, training records, and technical documentation. Maintain proper document version control and ensure accessibility of operational records.
  • Coordinate training programs and track employee certifications to support safety and operational compliance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide visibility into service performance, labor utilization, and compliance metrics.
  • Partner with Service Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and support cross-functional alignment.
  • Support invoicing and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely customer and operational transactions.
  • Coordinate inventory tracking of parts and tools to ensure availability for field service activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement administrative best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support system enhancements and operational initiatives that improve service administration processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of service operations and organizational objectives.
