About The Position
Perfect Game is seeking qualified applicants to work during the Fall at tournaments across the Fort Myers area and surrounding cities in the role of Field Scout/Managers. The right candidates must be a trustworthy and passionate team player with attention to detail and be self-motivating. They should be able to work independently as well as with a team, possess strong knowledge of Baseball and/or Softball, and have experience with tracking stats.

Responsibilities
- Assist in keeping proper score of the games
- Tracking game stats using the DiamondKast software
- Assist in collecting video content for social media
- Taking scouting notes on the players and recording each pitch type and velocity
- Ensure everything is running smoothly at the field/complex you are at
- Verifying rosters
- Present themselves in a professional manner with teams, parents, players, scouts, college coaches, umpires, field crews, etc.
