Join Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, as a Field Sales & Service Team Member. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. You will build trust with customers, confidently price jobs, and close sales on-site, learning essential communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. No cold calling or desk work involved; you'll engage in real conversations with customers who need assistance. This position is ideal for individuals interested in sales but unsure where to start, as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
• Weekend availability required
