Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided), and represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience required — we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
• Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
