About The Position

This is a fixed-term role for a Field Sales Representative in the North Bay area. The ideal candidate will have a strong ambition to grow within a career in sales at Mondelez, understanding that this role is a stepping stone in retail sales, with the goal of advancing within the organization. The role involves developing professional relationships with customers, optimizing base sales, new product introductions, and promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities, aiming to achieve field KPIs and annual objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes.
  • Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Perseverance and attention to details.
  • A passion for the CPG industry, with an eagerness to represent and sell iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury.
  • A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a drive to deliver results through effective in-store execution and customer engagement.
  • University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years), preferably business administration/commerce.
  • Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required).
  • The successful candidate must live near North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Develop professional relationships with customers.
  • Optimize base sales, NPD & promotions.
  • Ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities.
  • Deliver the field KPIs and hit annual objectives.
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.
