About The Position

Join AT&T as a Field Sales Representative and jumpstart your sales career. This role involves bringing customized, white glove experiences directly to the customer's home. You will be responsible for introducing the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge to meet and exceed sales goals. With uncapped commission potential, top earners can make $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. The starting salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will act as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Your responsibilities include closing deals, offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
