As a Field Sales & Business Development Representative, you'll combine face-to-face sales, community outreach, and relationship building to help expand a network of local delivery partners. Requirements

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development.
Outside sales or field sales experience preferred.
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach within your assigned territory.
Present partnership opportunities and help businesses understand the benefits of joining the network.
Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
Build referral partnerships with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and community leaders.
Attend networking events, town halls, and community recruitment activities.
Track leads, pipeline activity, and follow-up efforts in Salesforce.
Provide exceptional customer support and help resolve onboarding challenges.
Drive territory growth through consistent outreach and relationship management.
