About The Position

Glass Inc. is a growing glass company serving the Atlanta market, specializing in automotive and commercial glass services. We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative to go into the field, build relationships, and bring in new accounts. This is a field-based role. You will be expected to prospect, visit businesses, and develop long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Automotive, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field daily
  • Results-driven with a focus on closing new business

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business with body shops, dealerships, fleet companies, property managers, and contractors
  • Visit potential clients in person to establish relationships and secure accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity consistently
  • Represent Glass Inc professionally in the market
