Field Sales Representative - Roscommon
About The Position
The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales. This role involves conducting door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rates, promoting and selling Yuno Energy products/services, and consistently hitting/exceeding individual targets and KPIs. The representative will execute strategic sales approaches, overcome objections, close deals effectively, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Continuous refinement of sales strategies and representing the company with professionalism are key aspects of this position. Full training and development are provided.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate.
- Promote and sell Yuno Energy products/services.
- Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
- Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
- Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

- Basic salary €34,000 Base (Depending on experience)
- Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings – OTE of €50,000 in first year.
