About The Position
USTCi, a proud Verizon partner for over 25 years, is seeking driven sales professionals to join their growing team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Verizon's 5G revolution, building relationships and selling technology in apartment communities. This role involves direct customer interaction, closing deals, and achieving sales targets, with uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- 1+ year of field sales or D2D experience (wireless, internet, cable, or similar).
- Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Self-directed work ethic.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Host Meet & Greet events and go door-to-door in assigned territories.
- Spark conversations with residents and guide them toward Verizon 5G Wireless, Fios Home Internet, and TV solutions.
- Close deals and hit sales targets.
- Build momentum weekly.
