As an Entry Level Field Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships with restaurant customers while learning hands-on technical and sales skills. This role combines customer service, light installation work, and outside sales. We are The SEALS, and we help commercial kitchens stay compliant, safe, and be fully operational. Whether it's serving restaurants, stadiums, hospitals or hotels, The SEALS is committed to providing the highest quality products and services that save time, money, and hassle – keeping customers ahead of the health inspector.

Nice To Haves
- Previous gasket or refrigeration experience
Responsibilities
- Visiting restaurant customers in person
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Performing quarterly inspections and identifying customer needs
- Installing refrigeration door gaskets and small kitchen hardware
- Ordering and organizing supplies
- Updating customer information and service notes in our system
- Creating invoices for completed work
- Helping customers find solutions that improve their operations
- Growing your sales territory through excellent service and follow-up
- Installing and repairing Refrigeration Gaskets, Oven & Steamer Gaskets, Cutting Boards, Door Sweeps, Door Closers, Door Hinges, Weather Stripping, Strip Curtains for Walk-In Coolers, Diamond Plating
