Kanthal Corporation is looking for a Field Sales Representative in Bethel CT. As the Field Sales Representative you will facilitate high level sales within Kanthal Heating Materials. Sales professionals are responsible for marketing technical products, services, installations, and configurations to designated clients. They serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the engineering, manufacturing, and program management departments, ensuring customer requirements are aligned with organizational capabilities. Collaboration is key, as they work closely with the Sales Team and Production Unit, including managers from sales, business development, planning, supply chain, shipping, production, and general administration. Additional duties include managing lead follow-ups, preparing and tracking quotations utilizing CRM and pricing tools, conducting technical briefings, formulating specifications and pricing strategies, developing forecasts, and identifying new applications or product enhancements in partnership with customers.
